A Few Things I’m Grateful For

I’m feeling blessed this evening and thought I’d share a few of the many things I am grateful for in my life as Thanksgiving approaches.

I’m grateful for wild trout in cold rivers.

The people who are passionate about protecting our rivers and lakes.

The many fly fishermen who have taught and grown this sport.

I’m grateful to live in the Greater Yellowstone Region.

The old truck that gets me river to river.

The friends I have shared the water with this year.

The amazing fish I’ve caught and lost.

To have found a lifetime passion for fly fishing.

The opportunity to share what I know and learn through this blog.

I’m grateful for my health.

My amazing fiance who supports my fishing life.

And a loving family to spend Thanksgiving with.

I hope you are able to share gratitude over the next few days and be present wherever you spend this time. I’ll be off the phone and blog for a few days enjoying everything I’m grateful for in my life.
